About BOLD
At Bold, we’re a diverse, international team with backgrounds in automotive, motorsport, aerospace, defense and aviation.
We combine creativity and engineering rigour to deliver high-performance, safe and sustainable energy systems for the world’s most demanding applications.
We operate through two divisions:
- BOLD Applied Engineering (BAE )– Provides top-tier professional engineering services, primarily to elite motorsport teams (especially Formula 1), in areas such as composite design, mechanical engineering, aerodynamics and systems integration. This expertise is transferred directly to complex defence sector programmes.
- BOLD Technology (BT) – Designs, develops and manufactures high-voltage battery systems and electric propulsion system components for defence applications, tactical vehicles, military platforms, aviation and advanced mobility. BOLD is an international benchmark in defence electrification, supplying systems to United States Army programmes and collaborating with leading defence primes in the US and Europe.
Together, BT and BAE allow BOLD to offer a unique blend of technology, engineering services, and execution capability to elite customers operating at the highest levels of performance.
