At BOLD, we build the teams behind high-performance engineering and next-generation battery systems — working across motorsport, advanced mobility, aerospace and defence.
We are looking for a Recruiter who enjoys hiring complex technical roles, partnering closely with hiring managers, and playing a visible role in a fast-growing deep-tech company operating across both product development and engineering services.
This is not a volume recruiting role.
You will work on specialised hiring that directly impacts real engineering programmes and products.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and corporate roles.
- Actively source specialised candidates across engineering and business functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
- Run structured interviews and coordinate technical assessments.
- Ensure a professional, transparent and consistent candidate experience.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Contribute to improving recruitment processes, tools and ways of working.
Minimum requirements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 3–5 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting.
- Exposure to motorsport, advanced engineering or electrification environments.
- Strong sourcing capability and curiosity for finding hard-to-reach talent.
- Structured mindset with attention to candidate experience and process quality.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have:
- Experience using behavioural assessment tools in selection processes (e.g. Predictive Index or similar).
- Interest in growing beyond pure recruitment over time.
