At BOLD, we build the teams behind high-performance engineering and next-generation battery systems — working across motorsport, advanced mobility, aerospace and defence.

We are looking for a Recruiter who enjoys hiring complex technical roles, partnering closely with hiring managers, and playing a visible role in a fast-growing deep-tech company operating across both product development and engineering services.


This is not a volume recruiting role.

You will work on specialised hiring that directly impacts real engineering programmes and products.

WHAT YOU WILL DO


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and corporate roles.
  • Actively source specialised candidates across engineering and business functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
  • Run structured interviews and coordinate technical assessments.
  • Ensure a professional, transparent and consistent candidate experience.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Contribute to improving recruitment processes, tools and ways of working.

Minimum requirements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3–5 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting.
  • Exposure to motorsport, advanced engineering or electrification environments.
  • Strong sourcing capability and curiosity for finding hard-to-reach talent.
  • Structured mindset with attention to candidate experience and process quality.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Fluent English.


Nice to have:


  • Experience using behavioural assessment tools in selection processes (e.g. Predictive Index or similar).
  • Interest in growing beyond pure recruitment over time.
